I have been a Gettington customer for vi years. Never a belatedly payment and always paid more than the minimum.
Recently I noticed my account rest was going down, but my monthly payment stayed the same. I called to find out why I was paying the same monthly payment on a $200 rest that I had been paying on a $2800 rest. I was told that if I bought something new my payment amount would get down. What? Is that fifty-fifty legal? Is that some strange, new accounting practice??
Once my remainder reaches -0-, I am done with Gettington. Just another scam company.

They closed my account "due to inactivity" and they sent me a note saying I tin use other forms of credit to buy from them. No. If this is the way they treat good customers I'd detest to run into how they treat bad ones. I won't be doing business with them once again.

I called Gettington to run across if they would please written report a different reason since the account was paid off months earlier they airtight information technology and to find out why they closed information technology without notification to me before hand. The adult female told me they close all accounts that go more than than iii months with no buy history and that I should have bought something and there is nothing they tin do about how it is reported to the credit. I will never do business with this company or whatever other company that is sponsored by WebBank......I'grand fixing to close my Fingerhut account at present!!


Shipping is Outrageously Expensive

I loved Sahalie and used to buy their dress before they became part of Gettington. I even so dearest their clothing, but Gettington'southward shipping prices are too loftier. I purchased a travel bag from the a yr ago and as I was making my first payment on the item I realized that I had made a double payment on the item. I asked for i of the 2 payments to be refunded. I wished I could click no star but I am non given the chance. I bought a laptop for my ten year old son for Xmas gift. I gave the laptop to my son on and the laptop stopped working within a week. I contacted them and the staff said that they will send me a label so that I can postal service the laptop back. They are refusing to send the label and I take insurance through assurion and the insurance is not willing to replace the laptop. I have contacting both assurion and Gettington n, merely no luck so I am going to repair the laptop


Stay Away, these people are con artists!

Lousy customer service! They are rude and don't help. I miss Sahalie and went to place an order , $75 worth of production and $44 shipping and treatment. More than 50% shipping and handling accuse! While I thought it must exist a mistake, I was informed information technology was not. So obviously I didn't place my society and I never will!

I only became a new Gettington customer this past Sunday, yesterday, eleven/17/xix, through their website. They took over a brand I really like, Sahalie. I decided I didn't demand the items that badly and undid my guild. Sorry that Sahalie is losing the business, because their stuff is really lovely – skillful fabrics, fit, etc. I promise they resume doing business as themselves in the futurity.

Gettington, nevertheless, should be investigated by the better business concern bureau.
